Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tarte™ products, but if you are not totally satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or new to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
